Seravio is the independent studio behind Operoso and Sentire. This notice covers seravio.io and enquiries sent to the studio. Each product has its own privacy information: Operoso and Sentire.

Website and contact form

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes connection information needed to deliver and protect it. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form and checks requests using browser and connection information.

When you submit the form, your name, email, selected topic and message are delivered by email to hello@seravio.io. The website does not keep a separate submissions database. Submitted information is used to respond and handle the enquiry. Please do not include medical records, invoice data, passwords, license tokens or payment details.

Email and product support

Seravio handles studio enquiries and support for Operoso and Sentire. You may contact support@operoso.io or support@getsentire.io; replies may come from hello@seravio.io. Cloudflare provides email routing, and our configured mailbox and sending providers process correspondence and delivery information. Product purchase and activation information is covered by the relevant product notice.

Retention and your choices

Correspondence is kept as needed to handle the enquiry and maintain necessary business records, then reviewed for deletion. We do not sell submitted information or use it for targeted advertising. Providers may process information outside your country.

For questions, access or correction requests, or a request to delete correspondence, email hello@seravio.io. We may need to verify ownership and retain records required for an ongoing request or legal obligation.
